Singapore Cuisine represents this multiracial country’s cultural background. For over fifty years, Singapore has variety of famous and delicious traditional food such as Satay, Chicken rice, Nasi lemak, Roti Canai etc. Our traditional food’s main characteristic is there are always few side dishes and sauces form a course. Based on personal preferences, we can choose different side dishes for our traditional food. Sojiak is designed to serve all side dishes and sauces in one container in terms of creating a new meal experience. Sojiak has two dominant parts to contain the main dish while the other sub-dominant parts contain side dishes, sauce and even decoration.
